Delivery will be made exclusively at the ground floor outside the house/building by an express carrier chosen by Damiano Latini Srl. We don’t offer assembly service. Delivery happens during weekdays working hours.The Products are packaged and ready to ship in compliance with the standard protection methods generally adopted by DAMIANO LATINI Srl for the Products in question, in accordance with the agreed mode of transport. Invoice will be inside the pack. Once the product is dispatched you will receive a notification email with the tracking code. If you cannot be in at the delivery time or you changed delivery address or you plan to be away for a long period of time, it is your duty to inform as soon as possible Damiano Latini Srl Customer Service (by phone: 0734 894144 or email: info@damianolatini.it). Delivery charges and taxes
Prices of the listed items exclude delivery costs, unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs are calculated taking into account delivery address and product volume, and you will see them while filling the online order form, with no need to register or complete the purchase. If for specific products, order value or special offers delivery costs aren’t charged it will be stated “Free shipping”. Shipping cost and delivery time table
In the following table you can find shipping costs and delivery time calculated according to the destination and volume of the products.
Europa zone 1: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain.
UK: for orders from 158€ up to 350€ shipping costs are 80€; for orders above 350€ shipping costs are 120€, for bookcases shipping costs are 160€. Minimum order value to ship in the UK is 158€.
Europa zone 2: all other European countries, Switzerland excluded.
North America: United States and Canada
Shipping time is intended for working days.
Reception and product verification process
The Products are carefully packaged and controlled before shipped from the warehouseAt delivery you should:1. Verify the number of packages: if the number does not correspond to the one stated on the shipping documents, please write the missing number of packages on the very same documents.2. Verify the external condition of the packages: if the packages are not intact and show dents, damages, tore or wet parts it is mandatory to sign the freight bill as "Received damaged / wet packages - content unchecked", we will not accept generic reasons but only specific ones. In case the product has a visible anomaly please write "damaged product".3. Sign shipping documents only after checking the number of packages and their external condition). Always accept the delivery even if the packages and products have small anomalies.4.If you accept the product with a note you are required to inform Damiano Latini Srl as soon as possible by email to info@damianolatini.it with a copy of shipping documents and pictures attached.
At opening the packages you should:
1. Take pictures of the exterior of the packages: it is always mandatory if you've received and signed for a damaged package, however it is useful in case of product anomaly also if the package is in good condition.
2. Open the packages with extreme care especially if using utility knives or any kind of blades. Sharp objects used during the opening are among the main causes of damages, being easily recognizable and are not covered by warranty.
3. Verify the items before proceeding with the assembling: in case of anomaly it is necessary to take a photo of the item, specifically a detailed photo of the concerned part, before completely removing the packages and before assembling the product.
During assembly you should:
1. Handle the packages with extreme care: in case of large volumes or particularly heavy packages get the help of a second person.
2. During the assembling follow the instructions: usually instructions are included inside the supply. For the more demanding steps get the help of a second person.
3. Presence of anomalies during assembling: take photos of the anomaly before concluding the assembling, then contact the Customer Care to verify how to proceed.
4. Always keep the original packages: at least up until you're done with the assembling process. In case of replacement it will be necessary to return the products in the original packages.
Warranty
Damiano Latini Srl warrants that the products will conform with the sale contract and that Damiano Latini s.r.l. is liable for any non-conformity discovered within 2 (two) years from the date of delivery of the products. If the product is damaged during the shipping or defective, Damiano Latini Srl will exchange the product or part of it with a new one for free.
To take advantage of this right it is necessary:
1. to specify damages to the packages on the shipping documents. For big anomalies to the product you can decide to not accept the delivery.
2. If you believe that the item anomaly is due to a production flaw or to transportation damages, you are required to inform Damianolatini.it customer service as soon as possible. Communication about packages' external conditions needs to be done the same day of the delivery or at the latest the morning after. Communication about items conditions discovered after opening the packages needs to be done in 5 days from the delivery date.
3. Return the item in the same package that you received it. Damiano Latini s.r.l. will process a refund, which will include the cost of delivery to the original delivery address, by using the same payment method used for the purchase. Damiano Latini Srl will be in charge of arranging for the courier to collect the item and return costs. Every communication has to be sent by email to info@damianolatini.it or by letter addressed to Damiano Latini Srl, with the following information: order number, description of the problem and pictures.
Returns
You may cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days from the date on which you receive the product.
Procedure to request a return:
Return product back to Damiano Latini s.r.l. within 14 days from the date of the communication of your intent to cancel the order. Return the product on the same package that you received it. You are in charge of the return costs. After receiving back the product to the warehouse. Once received the return package we will control the returned products and we will refund you using the same payment mean used for the original purchase. Return right doesn’t apply for tailor-made products.

Returns

3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

b) Send an email or fill in the form attached to the Sales Terms and Conditions and send it by email to info@damianolatini.it or letter to Damiano Latini Srl, including the following information: order number, item SKU and quantity. Return product back to Damiano Latini s.r.l. within 14 days from the date of the communication of your intent to cancel the order. Return the product on the same package that you received it.
